MUSTAFA H.ALI
Founder And President
Mustafa Ali immigrated to the United States from Bangladesh at the age of three, arriving with his parents in 1993, pursuit of a better future. Growing up in New York City as a practicing Muslim, he developed a strong commitment to public service, integrity, and community safety.
Mr. Ali is a graduate of Fort Hamilton High School and later attended the Borough of Manhattan Community College, where he studied Law with a minor in Business. He brings over Twenty years of combined experience in security operations and federal law enforcement, with specialized knowledge in threat assessment, crime prevention, and comprehensive protective services.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ali has served in key security and enforcement roles across the United States. His professional experience includes positions with ADT Home Security Solutions, the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, the Office of the Mayor of New York City, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These roles strengthened his expertise in frontline security, high-risk environments, and organizational protection strategies.
During his time working for major security firms Allied Barton and Securitas, Mr. Ali recognized a critical gap in the industry: large corporations often fall short in delivering personalized service and maintaining genuine connections with their clients. This insight became the foundation for Jet Time Protection.
Mr. Ali’s guiding principle is simple, build trustworthy relationships and design security solutions around each client’s specific needs. At Jet Time Protection, this philosophy is central to everything we do. We prioritize accountability, communication, and performance to deliver protection services that consistently exceed expectations.

JASON WARNEZ
Regional Director
Jason Warnez served in the United States Marine Corps from 1999 to 2009, earning a respected reputation for discipline, loyalty, and commitment to his country. Coming from a proud Cuban American family with a long history of military service, Mr. Warnez’s character reflects the values he was raised with — integrity, perseverance, and unwavering dedication.
Throughout his Marine Corps career, Mr. Warnez demonstrated exceptional leadership and the ability to overcome challenges through determination and a mission-focused mindset. These qualities carried into his professional life after his military service, where he quickly built a strong foundation in the security industry.
Mr. Warnez has extensive experience in security operations, having served as a Supervisor with Allied Universal and later as Director of Operations at Proof Technologies Corporation. His leadership style is rooted in the standards he upheld in the military — accountability, precision, and respect for the chain of command.
In addition to his security background, Mr. Warnez has successfully led operations within the construction industry, establishing and managing two thriving construction companies after retiring from the Marine Corps. His drive, work ethic, and ability to lead teams in demanding environments remain central to his professional success.

Kevin Canze is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in security operations, business management, and customer service excellence. He has founded and led multiple successful businesses, including Oak Security Services, LLC, and has held key leadership positions with Proof Technologies Corporation and Republic Parking System.
Throughout his career, Mr. Canze has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive organizational growth, streamline operations, and elevate service quality. His deep understanding of the security and operations industries has enabled him to manage large teams, oversee complex projects, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
